Thu 7v7 Co-Ed · Brooklyn Bridge Park
A relaxed, all-abilities co-ed league on turf overlooking the East River. Games run rain or shine; referees included. Most rosters mix long-time regulars with newcomers, so free agents are welcome.
Tue 7v7 Co-Ed · Robert Moses Playground
Weeknight co-ed division in Midtown East, popular with the after-work crowd. Currently full — joining the waitlist notifies you the moment a roster spot opens.
BetterPlayer Coed League · Randall's Island Fields
Built specifically for players newer to the game — includes light coaching during live matches. Individuals are placed onto a team roster by the league, so you don't need to find teammates first.
50:50 Co-Ed League · Red Hook Fields
Full-size competitive league requiring a minimum 50% female field presence at all times. Full teams register together; the league does not currently accept individual free agents for this division.
Summer Outdoor Men's · Pier 40
Lower Manhattan's longest-running men's outdoor league. Games include referees, official kits, and season-end trophies for the top finishing teams.
Men's adidas Pink F50 League Laceless Firm/Multi-Ground Soccer Cleats
Sunday Meetup Pickup · Sara D. Roosevelt Park
Casual, no-standings pickup run originally for waitlisted players — now open to anyone. Show up and play; no season-long commitment required.
Friday Night Coed · Chelsea Piers
One of the city's oldest coed leagues, running continuously since 2004. Friday night games on Chelsea Piers turf, followed by a regular post-game meetup at a nearby bar.
Adult Rec League · Van Cortlandt Park
Community-run recreational league emphasizing fair play over competitiveness. Weekend daytime games; friendly for players easing back into the sport.
Men's Competitive · Flushing Meadows Fields
Full-size competitive men's league with tracked standings and playoffs. Established teams register as a full roster; the league periodically opens a free-agent pool separately.
Sun 7v7 Co-Ed · Clove Lakes Park
NYC Soccer's Staten Island division, on natural grass. Smaller league size than the Manhattan/Brooklyn divisions, so spots tend to move faster.
Co-Ed Social League · Hudson River Park
Social-first league that pairs games with organized happy hours afterward. Popular for meeting people as much as playing; skill level stays casual by design.
Co-Ed Competitive League · McCarren Park
The competitive-tier version of ZogSports' co-ed league — same social format, higher intensity of play. Full teams only for this division.
